I think this song perfectly describes how it feels to be in your 20s. Like being lost yet, knowing what you want in life at the same time.

As someone who has struggled with severe depression their whole life, the lines “Think I forgot how to be happy / Something I’m not, but something I can be / Something I wait for” just really hit hard for me.

Cried at this music as soon as it came on in the cinema, I’m going through a lot right now and this just hits the nail on the head.

I know everyone is talking about how this reminds them of their childhoods and their younger self but all that it reminds me is the waves of deep depression I keep being struck with. Like ur trying so desperately to hold onto things u enjoy but the difficulty of enjoying them and keeping yourself together while being struck with pure sadness. This just hits so deep and brings me to sobbing tears.

The world is a rough place right now, but songs like this (and movies like Barbie) help me know I’m not swimming alone in the vast ocean of struggles. Thanks for the reminder that there is beauty even in the sadness.

It’s so nice to know I wasn’t the only one touched by this song while watching the movie. Beautiful piano, beautiful lyrics, beautiful voice. It just hit all the feels.

Man, the frustration, confusion, and overall struggle of early adulthood/figuring out your identity couldn't be better expressed. Thank you so much Billie for giving my thoughts/feelings/experiences a voice during such a difficult time in life ♡

This song with the line ‘moms stop so their child can look back and see how far they’ve gone’ resulted in me crying the rest of the movie ❤️
