I think one of the biggest strengths of this movie is it leans into Hemsworth's great comedic timing. I don't think the earlier MCU movies new to do that, honestly.

Just a note, Hela would’ve had Mjolnir before Odin put the “worthy” enchantment on it in Thor 1

Hopkins is such a great actor that he can play Loki pretending to be Odin, and makes it work so incredibly well. It really feels like Hiddleston's take, pretending to be Hopkins' take. That's impressive acting.

38:38 It's not electric shocks, these are Obedience Disks. They inject a Sakaaran neurotoxin directly into his nervous system via micro-needles. It overrides his motor control from the inside out, causing total muscle paralysis. Taika Waititi confirmed it's a neural disruptor, not lightning/voltage.

Thor first lines "Sometimes you have to get captured to get a straight answer out of somebody" foreshadowing the end with thanos capturing asgardians.

It's interesting/cool how once Valkyrie gets her uniform back then she refers to Thor as your Majesty. It shows that it still matters to her she was more surviving than running away.

Out of every movie in the MCU, this movie feels like the biggest tribute to the late great Jack Kirby. All the colors shapes and designs of all the buildings, vehicles, aliens, everything looks and feels like his art style from the psychedelic era of the 60s. Where everything looks like it’s from an acid trip. And I kind of wish the MCU would make more movies with this kind of art style.

I loved the way Thor tried to manipulate Hulk and later tried it again on Banner to help him stop Hela 😂
