  I&apos;ll just say as an Indonesian, we better have some kind of Shark vs. Crocodile Pokémon happening somewhere, since it&apos;s the main folklore of Surabaya, one of the cities here.

  The durian fruit is also known as the king of fruits. Given the female-only Tsareena line based on the mangosteen, the queen of fruits, maybe we will see a male-only line that is related to Tsareena but based on the durian.

  I feel like Pombon is the concept of a guard dog and a cave campfire at the same time, making it the “perfect companion,” so I imagine something in it’s evolution line would refer to humans using it since ancient times for warmth and comfort

  As an indonesian i also love if they would tackle the theme of individualism vs community and urban vs rural. Maybe its common around the world but especially here in indonesia, familial and even non familial communalism is still very very strong. Especially in the more rural area, your neighbor is a family, &nbsp;so maybe putting an emphasis on talking to random npc for lore dialogue given indonesians are known yappers, i would especially love if your character starts in a small town, then you need to talk to your relatives or neighbors around that town and they will give you useful items, such as the running shoes, xp share, maybe even pocket money, etc, rather than just giving it outright. Also its about time legendaries ties into the overworld culture, with folks mentioning it along the way for sneaky lore, given that indonesians are very spiritual people after all. The theme of individual vs community can also bring contrast to the main cast and the overall theme of maybe man vs nature, with your rival coming from big city, more individualistic, maybe squabbles between more rural vs more urban gym leaders, contrast of characters like this would bring charm to the story and the overall journey, beside all that theme of individualism vs community also is very relevant on the real world and hopefully will bring some real world impact to the player.

  I’mma be real, i really hope this game cools it with the high tech in-your-face angle, sure pkmn has always had scifi tech, but the moment you pointed it out, it made me realise just how much more I enjoy the ‘earthier’ games where people seem to have been connected to their environment for a long time.

  As a SEAsian myself(Singapore), I actually hope MORE tropical fruit Pokemon gets made like longan, lychee, rambutan, dragon fruit or like even niche ones like salak (snake fruit) , Duku Langsat, Java apple etc etc. There’s so many cool concepts there just waiting to be made in Pokémon.

  I&apos;m shocked you didn&apos;t even mention Barong and Rangda from Balinese folklore! I understand they&apos;re pretty important characters in that mythos, representing the everlasting struggle between good and evil.<br><br>Maybe a basis for regional Zangoose and Seviper?
