  Sometimes I forget Im alive. This place never really feels real to me. Only in sleep do I feel at peace. Only in sleep can I become what I want to be. This world is a place I totally forget when im asleep. No pain, no suffering, and no hatred. Thank you for delivering me to that peace.

  I have been struggling to sleep for days due to my emotions causing my brain to constantly think and overthink. So even with five hours I would still wake up so tired. I turned this on and was able to sleep 6 more hours. Omg I feel better. I feel more rested
