No one should take anything Jeff says to heart and should take everything with many grains of salt. He is NOT an engineer and does not have experience surveying buildings, analyzing structures, or being involved in concrete design, construction, or repair. The vast majority of things he says are speculation and misleading. Ponding water on roofs do not cause buildings to collapse. I am happy to see that less and less people are watching his videos on this topic as he continues to milk this disaster and scare people about any building they ever walk into.

Wow, that last picture showing how the water has once again filled up the site is amazing. It filled it up just as you said, like a bath tub, and that tells me that this piece of property is simply doomed and nothing should ever be built there again.

Damn. This is the best coverage anywhere.<br><br>Jeff: I’m convinced your videos will save lives in the future. Even if it’s only a single condo owner not putting tile on a balcony, but more likely entire buildings based on raised awareness.

Thanks Jeff for all the videos you have done on this condo collapse, you have brought up several contributing factors on the collapse that the other YouTubers have missed. This particular collapse appears (at this point) to be multiple factors combined to a worst-case scenario (insufficient design, improper maintenance, and addition of unplanned deadload). As you pointed out, the numerous water problems had to be a major contributor, and being that close to the ocean, a lot of the water would have been brine. <br><br>Thanks again for all your efforts on the videos, I have really been enjoying them - Peace!
