That's proper engineering! What really impressed me was your ingenuity - You've done a great job. Only suggestion I have would be to fill the extrusions with sand or resin/sand mix to dampen the vibration.

Clever use of makeshift jigs. I think you will regret gluing up you spoil board though, they need replacing more often than you think. Nice job all in all.
