  Stairs with no banister.  I see it all the time where we live now, in Ecuador.  People would use the stairs faster if there was a banister or a hand rail.

  for a simple 10 minute spaghetti sauce find some nice fresh sweet tomatoes. quarter them and set aside. dice half an onion and add to a pan with some olive oil or your favorite oil. cook until translucent. add in your tomato. simmer until much of the liquid is released from the tomatoes as possible about 5 minutes. add a little garlic and a little salt and pepper. and i then use a fork and crush the remaining tomato chunks. add some basil and half a table spoon of tomato paste and you cook another 2 minutes. you will have a simple 10 to 15 minute sauce but will taste great. You can adjust amount based on taste preference. you can also add different types of protein to the sauce as well. clams, beef, pork, ground chicken, shredded chicken. can try all kinds of things to mix it up.

The air-fried chicken also caught my attention—I’ve never tried making it that way because I usually fry mine in oil, which probably isn’t the healthiest choice.
