  With all due respect, those who truly knew and worked closely with Guru Padmashri Dr. Sobha Naidu would know that she was never the person portrayed here. She was a deeply humble, warm and gracious human being who always carried herself with dignity and treated people with respect. She never had the kind of attitude being attributed to her in this clip.<br><br>It is unfortunate to see a respected guru and an institution built on her legacy being spoken about in this manner. Differences in perspectives are understandable, but reducing a great artist and guru to a few negative statements does not reflect the person she truly was.<br><br>Her work, her students and the love and respect she received from generations of people speak for themselves. Please respect the legacy of a legendary guru and artist. 🙏

  Sobha Naidu gariki movie opportunities raledu ani cheppadam correct kaadu. Director K. Viswanath garu, Akkineni Nageswara Rao garu, and Chiranjeevi garu, Maa performances jarigina sandarbhalalo stage meeda “ame enno cinema opportunities ni swayanga reject chesukunnaru” ani cheppina vishayam naaku personally gurthundi.<br><br>As a senior disciple of Guru Sobha Naidu garu, some of the statements made in this interview about Guru Sobha Naidu garu and Master garu are deeply disappointing and, in my humble opinion, disrespectful.<br><br>With all due respect towards Manju Akka, I feel it is not appropriate to speak negatively about such legendary personalities, who have dedicated their lives to Kuchipudi and who are no longer with us.<br><br>When we speak about our Gurus and legends who have left an indelible mark on our art form, I believe we should do so with dignity, gratitude, and respect. Differences in personal experiences or perspectives may exist, but they should not diminish the legacy of those who devoted their lives to the preservation and propagation of Kuchipudi.<br><br>As a disciple who has had the privilege of learning from Sobha Naidu garu, I feel a responsibility to respectfully place this clarification on record—not to discredit anyone, but to honor the truth and the legacy of my Guru.

  It is not right to compare artists by putting one down. Shobha Naidu Ma’am dedicated her life to Kuchipudi, and her talent and dedication are clearly shown by the Padma Shri award she received and the respect she continues to have in the Kuchipudi world. Nageswara Rao garu himself mentioned in an interview that they wanted Shobha Naidu Ma’am to act opposite him, but she rejected the offer and chose to remain dedicated to dance. That shows how strongly she valued her art. Every artist has their own journey, but a true legend does not need to pull another artist down to prove their greatness. Great artists are remembered for their art, dedication and the generations they inspire.

She remained devoted to the purity &nbsp;of classical dance throughout her life, NEVER ALLOWING &nbsp;FAME OR OFFERS &nbsp;from the<br>FILM INDUSTRY &nbsp;to distract her from her chosen path.Such &nbsp;dedication is possible only for a true Yogi—a Punyapurusha. <br><br>It was this extraordinary &nbsp;discipline, and devotion of Guru SobhaNaidu garu that made &nbsp;Guru Vempati Chinna Satyam Garu &nbsp;recognise her and nurture her immense talent.<br>Even today, it is difficult to find another Satyabhama who can match the grace, expression, discipline, and spiritual depth that Sobha Naidu Garu had brought to the role. <br><br>Its disheartening , to know the comments &nbsp;on Legendary🙏 Vempati ChinnaSatyam garu and 🙏SobhaNaidu Garu

  Guru Sobha Naidu garu’s extraordinary contribution is undeniable. Kuchipudi gained immense recognition through her stage performances and her stature as a dancer. That legacy speaks for itself. Her legacy as a dancer cannot be diminished by anyone’s words.

  Dear Madam,<br>I am writing this with a very heavy heart after watching your interview and seeing the way you spoke publicly about my Guru, Padma Shri Smt. Sobha Naidu garu.<br><br>I have seen many comments from people expressing their disappointment and pain, and I too feel compelled to say something not out of disrespect towards you, but out of love, gratitude and responsibility towards my Guru.<br><br>My heart bleeds to hear such words about the person who dedicated her entire life to Kuchipudi. She was not just a performer; she was a Guru, an institution and an inspiration to generations of dancers. As her disciple, I know what her presence, guidance and dedication meant to us.<br><br>You may have had your own experiences and opinions, and you have every right to share your journey. But when speaking about a great Guru who is no longer with us, especially on a public platform, there is also a responsibility to be sensitive and respectful. Personal differences should never become a reason to diminish the legacy of someone who gave her entire life to an art form.<br><br>I am not writing this to create another controversy or to attack you. I am writing because I cannot remain silent when my Guru’s dignity is spoken of in a manner that deeply hurts her disciples.<br><br>Today, many of us who learnt from her are carrying her teachings forward. We will continue to do so with humility, dedication and love. That is the greatest tribute we can give her.<br><br>Please remember that behind every great Guru is a lifetime of sacrifice that may not be visible to everyone. We, her disciples, carry those memories in our hearts.<br><br>With due respect, I request you to please let the legacy of Padma Shri Smt.   A legend’s greatness should never come at the cost of another legend’s dignity. Whatever the differences may be, this is not the way to speak about a Guru and a fellow artist who has dedicated a lifetime to the art. Criticism is understandable, but character assassination is not. True greatness is reflected not only in one’s art, but also in the grace and respect shown toward fellow artists. Legends should honor legends, even when they disagree.
