What a lot of people watching this will not realise is its well within the Arctic Circle. North Atlantic Drift keeps the climate relatively mild

There is a small town in Wisconsin named Haugen. I thought maybe Native American named but then decided to search and found this:<br>• Location: Situated in northwestern Wisconsin, northwest of Rice Lake along U.S. Highway 53.<br>• Size: Covers a total area of about 0.52 square miles.<br>• Origin: Founded in 1883 as a railroad flag station named Bear Creek.<br>• Naming: Named in 1889 after Nils P. Haugen, a Norwegian-American U.S. Congressman and political ally of Bob La Follette.<br><br>It caught my attention because my Mother was from Rice Lake and we used to spend Summers there - we lived in Ohio and I still do.
