Wow this is fascinating . Steve is always the epitome of diplomacy in fielding questions about his departure from Genesis so it’s revealing to hear him speak so candidly about what Mike and Tony said to him and you can see that he had little choice but to leave . The loss was Genesis (Mike and Tony) as they were never the same band after Steve’s departure.

Steve Hackett is much too modest at 76. I feel he is one of the best composing guitarists of all time.

Blood on the rooftops is quite possibly my all time favourite Genesis track.

Wind and Wuthering is an outstanding album, contains many highlights, and Blood on the Rooftops is a song of sheer beauty. And the album cover is perfect.

Genesis is one of the greatest English bands of all time.

50 years of pure magic. These two albums are absolute masterpieces and they still sound completely timeless. Thank you for the music and for sharing these interviews, Steve!

Luv the vibe on Wind and Wuthering. This interviewer is great. He lets Steve speak and we are learning so much about his mindset during ATOTT and W&W period. So interesting !! 🤔🤔

Genesis lost me when Steve left. I remember when Steve announced he was leaving I was so pissed.

My gateway into Genesis proper. I discovered this album and...and then there were three at the same time back in 1986. It didn't leave my walkman for a month.

Looks really fine and speaks full of life! One of the greats of our times. He aged so well. A honor for younger people like myself to witness this in our own time.
