They are vague because their lawyers don't want them to be open to litigation. Frustrating to be sure.

Very sorry to hear about this. You are the OG! Very unfair...YT's new policies are wreaking havoc on a number of channels. Ironically, it's THEIR switch to AI that's causing this mess.

A lot of the advertisements on YouTube are AI slop now.

Here’s the sad reality: there’s really no money in Rumble. There are a few Youtubers who had gigantic subscriber basis and they were able to transition to rumble, but for the most part rumble is hidden in search algorithms behind anything. Google wants to show so most people are gonna get forced towards Youtube.

What we really need to do is a class action lawsuit against Youtube and Google. Call it a monopoly and break them apart.

I totally agree with what you are saying. I started a channel completely using AI. I was actually growing quick so I looked into Adsense and realized I need to talk and show my face. As soon as I started using my real voice, the channel tanked. People were literally asking in the comments for the old AI stuff. I'm like sorry guys I have to show my face and talk or YT is not going to ever monetize me. How stupid

Sounds like YouTube doesn’t want any one person dominating the views for two reasons:. 1. You earn too much money which takes away from the pot of money for rookies and YouTube earnings. 2. Algorithms have nothing to do with it. YouTube wants to retain more of the money and the smaller YouTuber is the mechanism that provides it for them.

Good move, I moved there after ridiculous behavior by YT with their ever-changing rules and regulations.

Another YTer in the Philippines had his channels cancelled. He appealed to his Subscribers and followers to go to X and post under #TeamYouTube, requesting that the channel @(channel name) be re-monetised. And to address the specific issues raised by YT. After about a week of this campaign, YT did take notice, and after another week of review the channel was reinstated. In other words, people posting should state that your channel is original and very authentic, and has added a significant amount of educational value over the years. Hope this helps!!!
