Thank you for holding a mirror up to us😭Healing inter-generational trauma has been the hardest shit I’ve ever done. I’m 35 and have barely scratched the surface, but I’m getting there and I’m so proud of myself for where I am now versus ten years ago.

I grew up the Britney Spears Era and yes, it was an era!! As an adult I'm even more amazed by her than when I was a teen. I wish her so much happiness and healing. Thanks for a Britney episode ❤❤❤

Thank you sm for handling Britney’s story with this much care and the appropriate amount of outrage. I really relate to Britney’s dynamic and have talked about her often in therapy and it’s absolutely crushing when people casually support her being controlled by an abusive parent
