Or any of Killua's abilities. Even if he does steal them he has demonstrated no affinity nor mastery of electricity. Killua's stolen moves would probably only damage Chrollo.

Chrollo discovering the brown note sounds like a 10/10 comedy filler episode.

I'm pretty sure Chrollo would be able to steal Komugis power because Neon knew nothing about Nen as well, plus she even explained her ability to Meruem

Chrollo can't steal Tonpa's incredible versatile nen ability

For chrollo’s second requirement. It’s just says he need to be answered by his target, so even if they don’t know about nen they can still answer his questions. Neon did it fine and she didn’t know about nen, you could literally say “I don’t know how I do this”/“I don’t know” and it would still count as long as he asked about the ability. So yes he could still steal komugi ability.

Okay now I want a comedy spin off of Hunter x Hunter centered around Chrollo trying various nen abilities from other characters, and antics ensuing as a result.

INFO: Chrollo Lucilfer needs to keep his targets alive, otherwise, his stolen abilities will disappear, with the exception of Sun & Moon. This makes his ability even more difficult to use, as the users that he steals from become extremely vulnerable.

Cheetu is invincible to Chrollo because technically he’d never answer a question he asked because he’d be too busy talking about himself

He would need another Manga chapter to even be able to steal them
