I love your analogy of skin care to paint care. I often use the term "exfoliation of embedded contaminates from your car's surfaces using both chemical and mechanical means" when talking to clients interested in having their vehicle detailed.

Chelsea- Great video, thanks. It was gratifying to see that I’m not the only one who gets mid job second thoughts. Two days ago I did an F150 wash, decon, paint enhancement and glass polish, then DIY Detail 5 yr/ 3yr stack and Cerakote trim restorer. I was so just wanting to be done, but when I saw this video, I felt much better that I wasn’t the only one who felt like this. I wish I had your insight as to which product might be better for a certain job, but it’s nice to know we have you and your willingness to share your experience to help us along. Thanks once again for your good work.

Great video, love that you got the chance to work on this vehicle and share this story with us. It's another arrow in our quiver while learning about detailing. You're an awesome teacher. How you added up the vehicles forensic evidence on why the paint failed was cool to watch. A great detailer can help the client learn the next correct step to rectifying their vehicles issues possible saving them money.
