  The hell house was not in a Georgia forest. It was in green cove springs Florida. I was at the St Augustine amphitheater the night Charlie played Gary’s SG Great presentation 🙏

  bless you mary and dale for sharing these with the world .gary rossington had a sound nobody will ever be able to achieve , the notes came out of the mans soul &nbsp;, &nbsp;gary rossington , bless him , i hope he is resting in a nice warm beach front some where in the realm with his saviour .

  I offered Ed King some great pictures from the first Tribute Tour. I just asked him a few questions about who played what parts on a few songs that had driven me nuts for years. Older songs that didn&apos;t get a lot of radio. To my surprise he answered me and said he has more pictures than he knows what to do with. He also answered my questions about the tunes. What class act Ed was.

  Rickey is truly one hell of a person and he understands his elevated notoriety position among us and what that carries with it. My wife and I came out of Mel’s diner (I am a huuuuge Skynyrd fan from the early 70s) &nbsp;on Sunset one afternoon years ago and walk across the street to our car, and hey there is Rickey Medlocke. He graciously stood there and talked to me about his Marshall’s and was a mature gentleman to my wife….to the point where I felt bad talking to him so long and we let him go…he would have stayed and chatted with us as long as we wanted. It’s very telling of a person who takes a little time out to be humble and speak to fans as if they are friends. With Rickey it’s not an act….you have to love that guy.

  Yeah..i got one of those stories...16 yrs old...loving every single tone, note, chord Gary made.longing to one day having a Les Paul. I played hrs and hrs learning EVERY song on &nbsp;Second Helping, and One More From the road. At 64 yrs old. I finally got an SG..but still chasing that Les Paul dream. I still love playing the original and older Lynyrd Skynyrd songs. They will forever be my top band, and Gary is my guitar hero...thanks for the video
