In Season two I had 110 ping to NA and i live in Georgia... I peaked 2222 ELO and let me tell you. When they opened the Latin America North server and I heard it was in Miami FL I was ecstatic. I instantly shot to the highest ranks when i went from 110 to 25 ping. It is an unbelievable difference. Riot dropped the ball starting in LA & then moving to central.
