Attract Top Talent with Outcome-Based Job Postings

Send us Fan Mail (https://www.buzzsprout.com/2155563/fa...) In this episode of What The Biz?!, hosts Brigitte Vegter and Daniel Proczko address one of the most frustrating challenges facing growing service and trade businesses: hiring "warm bodies" who look great on paper but ghost on week two or leave behind sloppy, unfinished work. Daniel Proczko and Brigitte Vegter break down why traditional job postings—filled with generic requirements like "must lift 50 lbs" or "must have valid driver's license"—fail to attract dependable technicians, crew members, and technicians. The hosts explain how to flip the traditional hiring model upside down by shifting from basic task lists to Outcome-Based Scorecards. Instead of measuring hours sat in a seat, Brigitte Vegter and Daniel Proczko share real-world examples of clear 90-day success metrics, such as maintaining a 4.8 out of 5-star customer rating, keeping callback rates below 2%, and achieving 100% job-site photo documentation. They also reveal how to structure a high-converting 4-part job posting blueprint and implement practical diagnostic auditions to test candidate skills before making an offer.
