  We did check Chris's calories, and I accidentally cut it out, but his height and weight of 6'1 ", 230ish, his normal calorie maintenance is 3100, whilst the game stuff would be 3900! ALSO WILL BE UPLOADING THE WORKOUT PLANS TO MY DISCORD!!!

  Leon’s physique is a really damn realistic physique goal to have and to maintain too. That’s definitely an actual health goal to have all things considered

  Re2r is super skinny? Dude he was athletic and normal. If that&apos;s skinny then a normal person might as well be twig. Man talk about rising standards

  Physiques of these 2 is obtainable. It&apos;s just the fact that these guys have super human muscles. Like Chris can hold and punch a 10+ ton boulder and can tank hits from Wesker who is genetically enhanced and Leon can kick bio weapons that can destroy cities and actually damage them. Mf did air combat on a tyrant in vendetta

  I feel like Leon’s physique is more obtainable than Chris is. I feel like I could obtain Leon’s physique if I actually put in the work.
