  If everyone just agreed to stop doing weight cuts and just fight at or near their actual weight, all the same people would still fight each other, but everyone could focus on training and staying healthy.

  IMO you're only truly a "weight bully" if you're able to magically rehydrate (or in DC's case , straight up cheat weight scale) in order to get a weight advantage in the cage. Fighters that wind up being super skinny (i.e. low muscle mass rather than just being super dehydrated or carrying low bodyfat) generally are just giving themselves a wrestling debuff in return for a striking reach advantage.
