  I knew he was guilty as soon as I found out he never checked on his kids. If someone shot my spouse, I would be running to make sure my children were okay, THEN calling 911.

  He slept on couch cos he had a cough,didn't cough once on this video, she most probably found out about the affair and relegated him to the couch and asked for divorce,which would ruin his squeaky clean public image

  It speaks volumes that the defense thinks it would be damning to show the body cam footage of his reaction to his wife's murder.  Why's that??  Because his reaction isn't genuine??  Hmm.
