I worked at the capitol complex for over 20 years and have witnessed a response to a gun threat. A bunch of troopers popped out from everywhere with assault rifles. I had no clue that we had such a readied force in the belly of the capitol. Glad they stopped this guy from doing any harm though I am confident any threat would be addressed very quickly. not a smart target to pick. Don't mess with Texas!
