  I’ve been healing in dungeons and raids since 2005. I find the single most important aspect of healing is staying calm. It’s a skill you learn over time in my opinion. In the early years I’d panic when the shit hit the fan. Now I just prioritize who to heal first and who I can afford to lose.

  Feels validating to know I've already been doing most of these for years! The mouse-over casting being baked into the options was new to me though, I've been relying on macros to do that, so this has definitely been a good tip!

  I love the idea of being a healer, and this guide has provided a bit of confidence to try it out, but there are two other items that I would love to hear more about:<br><br>1) how to manage threat (if that matters)<br>2) how to heal out in the world (I.e. not in dungeons). <br><br>I haven&apos;t played in over 15 years, but I remember pulling aggro and then running scared. I&apos;m sure I could figure it out now but my childhood memories are holding me back. Also, I guess I need to find a guild with folks that want to party up for awhile so I can progress in the overworld.<br><br>Best healing guide I&apos;ve watched so far. Thank you.
