An error-riddled match but interesting to watch the legends.

Souths a bit limited in ability at the time, lucky to win the premiership, but good enough to beat the clown show that was Saints in 1967. I was at the match standing at the back of the Noble Stand with my schoolmates, even though my team wasn’t playing, far from impressed at what I saw. Thoroughly enjoyed this upload though; thanks for posting!

First set of tackles, a spear tackle and an attempted head high stiff arm. No sin bin or reporting then.
