  The rolled meatloaf needed more of the ketchup you didn&apos;t like and more salt and pepper. (You could also use barbecue sauce, or nothing if wanted) It needed mixed much better than it was, then they needed formed into firm, tight meatloaves before wrapping and baking. The looseness of it and not having your binder mixed combines to make it fall apart.
