Two of them had limited to no grappling training. The third attacker had grappling experience, but he is also trained to tone down his abilities to imitate a less trained attacker. Having said that, I wanted to make sure I push the contestants, and I might have overdone it by putting the biggest and most experienced attacker on the fifth scenario. It&apos;s a fine balance getting a person who is trained enough so he could avoid injuring the contestant or themselves. But - this is the first time anyone has done this type of content, so there are plenty of lessons to learn and improve upon for future seasons.

  Keep in mind they try not to hurt each other. In reality this will be a lot more brutal.

  huge shoutout to the women who participated. i can see how that would be so frustrating and emotionally taxing but i think it&apos;s so cool that they put themselves out there and participated in closer-to-real-life situations that actually show the realities of fighting a larger/heavier opponent. so much more useful than gimmicky self-defense stuff that gives people false-confidence.

  This is much better than I expected! I honestly don&apos;t know how the challengers are gonna survive these tests. A 115 kg dude is scary for even seasoned male fighter

  I&apos;m always afraid of videos like this because they tend to go overly tame or idealistic but this one wasn&apos;t afraid to show the potentially more real side of things like this which is incredibly value. What a good video.
