You were CPU bottlenecked on the 2nd gpu's Cyberpunk test. That's why the FPS was not higher.

I am entirely OK with not being stuck with AMD & Nvidia for the rest of time. Neither are pro-consumer companies, and while these Chinese ones too might not be such, it is still competition.
