  When I was a student at UC Berkeley in the 1990s, a group of Muslims gathered and bought some small acreage in a nice community of the Bay Area and built houses that Muslim families could purchase on payments without needing to take loans.  In this way, Muslim families were able to purchase homes without paying riba, and wealthier families were able to help to create a Muslim community, which ensha Allah The Gracious and The Merciful will reward them for in Jannah.  A beautiful Muslim win-win situation!

  I truly wish to have a home inshallah but not gonna do mortgage, I am living on the tawakkul that Allah will keep a roof over my head until I die...

  even the non-believers have done studies proving that giving charity will increase your wealth but none of them know why. Allah&apos;s promises are true, and He is the best of planners.

  😱😱😱 SubhanAllah walhamdullillah. I am a fairly recent revert and i NEVER agreed to how capitalism, banking, speculation, life insurances and credits work. I did not &quot;subscribe&quot; them thinking all of em are just taking advantage and enslaving. Watching this simply adds to my certainty that Islam is where i belong. Our deen is truly amazing!   Very easy solution for mortgage substitutes; now only need to figure out how to get 100k myself and 4 uncles who can loan 100k, not every muslim is an arab living on oil /kafeel money.
