People may hate you for taking a full size on yhat trail but if you have the skill to do it and don't damage the trail in the process i think that deserves respect. Not everyone has a jeep and sxs's are just make things too easy for people with no skill or off road culture

I have a 2000 F250 Powerstroke I have taken offraod all over, including many shelf roads, Moab and other trails out west that are way more technical. Still haven't mustered up the courage to do Black Bear because of that one super tight switchback. The older Superduty turning radius is absolutely atrocious 😅.

Did this trail 2 years ago on a KTM 990, when I was a young 65. It was beautiful. My wife rode on the back and liked most of it…

Did it in a '96 1500 Dodge Ram extended cab on 33's with two infants and my wife back in 1998. Wife spent most of the decent on the floor board, not willing to look.

If you look real close, you will see my raptor parked safe inside my garage 😂 I actually attempted Black Bear once in my friend in his FJ. We just about created it it when we came to a sheet of snow. this was in Mid July. I wouldn't have thought anything about it if not for the fact you could see a chuck off it had shifted about to slide down. Otherwise we would have drove over it. So we turned around and went back to Ouray.
