  Some of the new units seem just OP compared to the old ones. Charged attacks, melee aoe, 1 melee range, ignore armor etc. While some of the conventional units did not get much to compensate for that imbalance.

  woads are so tough to go for in castle age. 70f cost with that high a training speed is really tough to sustain. Really strong unit, but I feel like I can never sustain production.

  Soldiers who walk slowly should have more energy in their attacks so why not have toggle option :)

  Gg.<br><br>TLDR Walling could have been better. Maybe mixing in cavalry for mobility and vision to attack more crucial areas would have been better. &nbsp;Hard to overcome enemy’s cheaper units but precision could have helped a bit.<br><br>Again, a game where if seems that Hera could’ve avoided a lot of problems by having better walls. Both walling up open areas, as well as using stone instead of palisade walls. And given the opponent had such a cheap army composition, trying for a monastery and relics seemed like a good idea. <br><br>At around <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=be1oS46uc9w&amp;t=1508">25:08</a>, unsure why what seemed like a desperate castle drop was the chosen plan there. Losing villagers, not protecting the siege, and not even for much of a huge gain. Eventually the space was taken over by Hera, but it could’ve have been done in a cleaner way. &nbsp;Siege seemed misused in this game. Some pressure from rams but very expensive, and the siege wasn’t protected well so taking down one castle and not doing much else didn’t seem worth it. Later raids by Hera were under arrow fire and not seemingly that effective. &nbsp;<br><br>While Red kept having raids on villagers, Hera was attacking some buildings and slowly inching in. He took villager raids when he could, but didn’t seem like it was a prime plan. <br><br>It is acknowledged that the enemy had an advantage in army cost and then got to the Imperial Age faster, but even before then, I think a solid plan by Hera (such as be very solidly defended at home and scout the enemy base for weak points to pressure severely) would have been better than what seems to be simply replace palisade walls during incessant enemy raids, and pressure the same spot of the enemy. Yes, he looked at some areas around the map and killed villagers when they were free, but he didn’t scout very much. Perhaps mixing in cavalry for mobility, and focusing on more sensitive spots to attack as opposed to taking whatever and only seemingly nominally getting counter attacks. &nbsp;<br><br>Also would be nice if on this channel we regularly got the civilization overview, especially with new civilizations. 😊<br><br>Sun.
