If this is an actual human voice, thank you 🙏🏾✨ I appreciate the natural cadence and the human African accent. Thank you.

As a Nigerian-American with first-gen immigrant parents, who brought me to America when I was one, I really appreciate this video. It rocked me because these are concepts that I was not taught growing up. But I'm sure that is mostly because my family was so indoctrinated into Christian beliefs that this type of talk about "inner consciousness" was just not welcomed. I have a very strained relationship with my family now, especially my dad and his side of the family, and I've been on a healing journey looking for how to release all of the emotional baggage that he bestowed on me. And I'm just grateful the algorithm showed me this video because a lot of what was said tells me I'm already heading towards alignment; I just didn't know I could find it in my own heritage, using techniques from my own culture. I see the channel is on the smaller side, but I encourage you to keep going! I actually turned on the notify-all setting for your uploads. I've been on YouTube for a while, and I've never done that for a channel lol. You are doing good work by carrying on the Yoruba wisdom that some of our families are failing to teach, in and outside of the country. Thank you.
