Imagine being captured… then realizing the enemy could build more tanks, planes, trucks, and ships in a month than your entire country could in a year. <br>Many German POWs expected America to be soft and unprepared — until they saw the factories, endless supply lines, and cities running at full speed. <br> <br>If you were a German soldier in 1944, what would shock you more: America’s weapons… or its production power?

A statement by a POW "we followed lies" yes they did. Look at the tens of thousands that did, look at them standing in front of Hitler and even in his later speeches, and yet none knew(?). Even during this fact... yet they fought for "the home land" (?) by the tens of thousands ...really, yet MOST knew right from wrong, regardless! Bottom line here, they all took their own poison !

This is a great example of how the United States uses 7 times more of the world's resources then it should. Almost nobody realizes this. Maybe A.I. Will be able to figure this out.

Do a better job on thumbnails: flat out wrong; POW's never wore battle dress uniforms in US. Thumbs down until you fix this

The biggest error in this is not recognizing that the Wartime U.S. was a defacto Democratic Socialist State and the lads who landed in North Africa, Anzio, Normandy, Guadalcanal, etc. were the OG ANTIFA. AKA: Anti Fascists. 🫡
