  100 hours in, in chapter 7 fully investing in my camp. And doing side quest and wandering around.

  Tip to anyone watching this: To get sone abilities at the game&apos;s beginning, just go with the &quot;narrative&quot; and don&apos;t rush thru the main story, cos at doing side quests and interacting with the world around, game will grant you with abilities for free, like watching Hernand&apos;s NPCs training, fighting against even some low level enemies on the road or at helping people, cos some NPCs could come from nowhere and give you some ability tutorial as a gift. All of that will save you couple of artifacts points for later. Also, at just talking to some NPCs, they will give advice on how to improve your gear.

  In my opinion and based on my previous experience, this is the best basic guide to Crimson Desert overall ... well done!! ... and thank you. That also applies to most other videos on this channel. And of course I subscribed and activated the bell.<br><br>I started playing Crimson Desert on March 28, 2026 ... that was the very day I first watched a review video about it on YouTube.<br>Currently (as of April 9, 2026), I`ve spent 127 hours in Crimson Desert and I`ve just reached Chapter III and the first new camp. I`m doing side quests as well and, of course, a lot of exploring, and I mean really a lot, mainly on feet. <br>I`m now 68, retired and have all the time in the world to play Crimson Desert at my own entertaining pace, and I`m already pretty sure I will spend countless hours in this game.<br>It`s the best and most entertaining game I`ve ever played so far and, in my case, it has easily surpassed Elden Ring (over 2.4K hours) and Guild Wars 2 (since 2012), my absolute favorite game so far, and the one I played the most (far more than 53K hours).
