Ive been diagnosed with PTSD for close to 30 years. I also havw diagnosed severe anxiety and depression. I went through drug addiction, homelessness and lost the love of my life in a traumatic and upsetting way... ive never wver evrrrrr used my trauma to make ppl feel bad or to use it to my advantage. I've never heard one person say "its cause I have PTSD" so many times and its infuriating. <br><br>I know what my triggers are and if social media was one of them to the degree it triggers tophia, id be offline in a heart beat. If somebody told me that there is a chance my life can be better getting offline, i wouldn't even question it. Cannot stand her.
