But he has a strong constitution <br><br>He also ate around 6-7000 cals in the off season EVERY DAY and supplemented this with deca and diabobol and test C<br><br>Tonnes of water too and hours of cardio to keep him going in between training <br><br>Also. Markus lifted heavier and harder then most being the second strongest bodybuilder of his era (being bested only by Ronnie in pure power)<br><br>Markus was and still is legendary. We love him here in Europe. Funny guy and also very humble. He was like a cartoon character

Watched the whole video, doesn't mention the roids and just claims that it's the food that he ate that made him as big as he is, and the AI narrator repeats himself a million times.
