It doesn’t say anything about ONLY one. So multiple elements have an equal 50% to trigger, AT THE SAME TIME. And even more rare, and what Christian probably got: ALL THREE TRIGGERED AT ONCE. ALL INDIVIDUAL 50% CHANCES FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ELEMENT TRIGGERED.
