People often miss that Kenobi cut Anakin's left arm off during the high ground jump as well. You see it during the surgery scene after, but it's often missed in the moment.

First off, kaliwali and camilla's corner are the only ones from this compilation whose reactions to this heartbreaking Star Wars moment I actually enjoyed. Second, there are three things I hate about most, if not all, of these reactors watching this moment:<br>1. Thinking that Obi-Wan cut off Anakin’s legs only but that is not the case because he also cut off his other arm<br>2. Wanting Obi-Wan to end Anakin’s life right then and there but that cannot happen because he appears in the original trilogy as Darth Vader<br>3. Asking how Anakin survived after losing his legs and other arm and being set on fire when it clearly obvious that the dark side of the Force kept him alive until Emperor Palpatine rescued him

I always felt that Obi Wan just walking away was out of character and that they should've had him reach out with the Force to save Anakin in some way but realizing his Force connection has weaken fueling Obi Wan's belief that he failed not only Anakin but also the Force. A sign that the trauma broke him.
