  It would be good to also add rapid blinking. This will reduce puffiness in the upper eyelid and stimulate lymph flow. Also, eye rolls are very good: up and down, left and right, and in circles. This really works. And when combined with cooling compresses, the results will be even more noticeable. A serum with vitamin C or niacinamide will moisturize and brighten the skin around the eyes. <br>Stay healthy!

  My under-eye fat pads really started to bother me around age 55. I take very good care of my skin (lots of Korean skincare—especially centella-based products), but no amount of topical products made a meaningful difference for the bags themselves.<br><br>After losing a significant amount of weight and feeling great mentally and physically, the under-eye bags were still the one thing that bothered me every time I looked in the mirror. I eventually decided to move forward with a lower blepharoplasty, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself.<br><br>Skincare helped with overall skin quality, but surgery was the only thing that truly addressed the fat pads. No regrets at all.

  I had both upper and lower blefaroplasty done and it was the best thing ever. &nbsp;I&apos;m 63 and in good health and active. &nbsp;I had big fat herniation and sagging skin In both lids. My recovery from 3 hour surgery &nbsp;took two weeks and the results were amazing . I had it done in Spain where I live . Here you get total anestesia and a two day stay in the hospital and after constant follow up and check up visits. &nbsp; The cost was 5000 EU for EVERITHING.

  From about the age of 18 until my late 30s, I had fat pads and HATED them. In my early 30s and again in my mid-30s, I had tear trough filler to camouflage that, and I was lucky as it looked SO much better! I actually forgot I had them. I also had cheek filler which also made a long lasting and really pleasing difference.<br><br>Weirdly, by the time that filler wore off in my early 40s, I no longer had the fat pads. Now, I had hollowness, and the worst part was it was in a V-shape, which REALLY aged me. (my dad in his 70s has the same thing) Maybe my skin had been stretched from the previous filler and it led to skin laxity, or maybe I was just getting older.<br><br>So over 2 years ago, I had tear trough filler again to fix this issue. One side looked great and still does. The other one...😢 I got the dreaded lump thing that can happen. It looks like a slim line of filler that never settled. I may get it at least partially dissolved.

  My under eye bags (fat pads) I know need surgery - nothing will ever help. &nbsp;I am unable to pay for that but I’m now at the stage I don’t want to go out I hate anybody looking at me. &nbsp;I am so self conscious…. I hate them. &nbsp;I have sleep apnea so …… not sleeping a lot doesn’t help…….

  More on Dark circles, please! I’m hollow and dark under my eyes with fair skin. So far, color correction makeup is my most effective tool. I’d love to get rid of the look without so much makeup.

  I love this type of video because I have no idea what kinds of things are even possible at a derm’s office, so knowing what to do both at home and in office is awesome.
