  Yes, we have sweet popcorn 😅 but we call it kettle corn lol. We also have caramel popcorn, usually by the brand Cracker Jack. It’s definitely more common for people to get super buttery, salty popcorn at the movies though— we call it “movie theater popcorn” for that reason. ☺️<br><br>As far as tea goes, I’m from the Deep South, and it’s a cultural thing for us that when we say “tea,” we’re usually referring to extremely sweet iced tea lol. Personally, I enjoy a hot English breakfast tea from time to time. Will only have tea with milk if it’s like a spiced chai latte, but that’s just me.

  Hi Beaux! where I live (🇨🇱), it&apos;s really common to have tea at breakfast, and we also drink it at dinner 😅. Here in my city, we usually have it with lemon verbena and more herbs with sugar.

  also fun fact about why Americans don’t drink a lot of tea. It’s a lot of the way tied back to the Boston tea party and tea taxes that Britain placed, it created a huge coffee culture in America which i think is so interesting!

  This was great!! The overly politeness thing is sort of regional here! I’m from Alabama and a lot of kids are raised to be overly mannered “yes ma’am/ no sir/ please and thank you” etc. At least with my parents we’d get in trouble if you didn’t greet an adult with ma’am/sir or say please and thank you 😅<br><br>Also the tipping thing has really gotten out of hand here. It used to be exclusive to sit down restaurants bc instead of making an hourly wage, servers typically work exclusively for tips. But adding it to all the machines when those workers are typically making an hourly wage has really discouraged people from still tipping at sit down restaurants (the only place I really think you should aside from Ubers or something like you said), so it’s sort of an issue at the moment lol

  School buses are paid for using taxes. So transportation to and from school is free. However, some school districts won&apos;t offer bus pick ups if the student lives within a certain mile radius of the school, unless they are special needs.

  Holidays are huge here but only for certain ones which isn’t exactly fair. Christmas has aisles of decor in stores but if you want something for like hannukah or Ramadan or anything for any other religion it’s more rare to find anything and you need to order online. Generally there’s like one little aisle for different religions

  I noticed when I was in the UK (London specifically) that they had a lot less public trash cans and I would walk around holding my trash for such a long time where as I feel like the United States has quite a lot of them.
