While I was watching this, my boyfriend came home from work and told me "you're always listening to music that feels like I'm about to die." I laughed and realized that... yes. I do. This music makes me feel like I could die and it would still be okay. It makes me feel like I'm constantly trying to grasp the infinite wonder of this universe but I can never quite get there. It reminds me of how precious life on Earth really is. It makes me feel grief, awe, and hope, all at the same time. I love you Olafur and thank you so much for putting this together Cercle. <3

Gave birth to my baby daughter while this played in the background. The most serene and peaceful experience hearing those baby cries for the first time with this in the background. @olafurarnalds music will forever have a profound meaning for me now, thank you for giving us this gift!

The greatest human minds have yet to define consciousness. Perhaps because words cannot express in its entirety. After listening to this, I’m starting to believe this is what consciousness is. It’s a language beyond words. It’s emotion + sound which equals music. It knows no bounds and can encapsulate multiple emotions simultaneously. It has the power to heal. The power to connect people from all over the world. It can make people weep and feel loved. This particular set has made me feel deeply understood. Thank you from the depths of my heart. ❤

I feel privileged to live in an age where I can see these kinds of wonders for free, at home, bathing in the beautiful music and stunning sights of the place you call home, and be able to share this music with friends or enjoy it on my own.. My head is glowing by the sheer beauty of this wonderful gem that you folks have created.. thank you for this precious gift you have bestowed upon the world in these trying times.. bravo.. ❤

The guy I was dating and I went to see Olafur live on one of our first dates. Over a decade later we are still together, in love, and happily married. This music is magic and brings people together.

I'm from a Caribbean island, where people are hospitable, friendly, quick to smile, sassy, a little stuck up, won't put up your shit and obsessed with music. I visited Iceland two years ago and found the SAME island attitude in them, but Viking-style! It's like being home but in another planet. Needless to say, I'm in love with Iceland.

Iceland is basically the size of a large town in population, and churns out some of the worlds best musicians

in the digital era, in the creator economy, where everyone is trying to "figure out the magic formula", make a brand, "go viral" with monetization intent...

blissful art that speaks to our heart and soul is so important... i can't remember when was the last time something made me shed an actual tear.
