I have a chronic nerve disease that leaves me in torrential pain, all day and night. I only sleep every few days or so usually. I found asmr and a disciplined night time routine get my brain into rest mode. I use your videos a lot, you are the best guys. Tyvm for your content.

This is by far my favorite ASMR video! Having it on repeat to fall asleep because it just works! Great scratching paterns that go on just long enough, pefect audio that doesn't sound too far away, too close, too sensitive or has a weird compressed/surround. Just perfect :)
