  Its not the kids faults that they grew up glued to screens, its the parents who gave them the screens as a replacement for parenting.

  As a gen alpha that prioritizes education above ALL ELSE in this terrifyingly ignorant age, this was a hard watch. The problem is definitely social media and TV. We need to return to being creative, reading, adventure, hobbies and anything else to get us off these phones. I know I sound like a grandma, but we have to see how rotting social media has made us…

  this is ridiculous. they care so much about skincare and makeup and stuff, saying &quot;we&apos;re not that young! we&apos;re just like you!&quot; but they obviously aren&apos;t- i also find it so crazy that these parents don&apos;t even care about their children&apos;s knowledge or even just basic brain development like spelling words at twelve??? 0-0 i started reading at 4 ⁉⁉🤨🤨

  Why do peop- no, parents, say we&apos;re doomed, they&apos;re YOUR kids, you gave them the screen, it&apos;s not the generation, it&apos;s the parents. Why do children have to be given a screen in the first place, if u got a baby, u better be prepared for yelling and crying and not shoving an I pad in the kids face.

  I am a freshman in high school. I am in a private school and talk to the 7th graders, 8th graders, and 6th graders pretty frequently. In my school they are amazing. Just regular kids honestly, they act like how I acted back then. This shows that there are still a good amount of parents who treat their kids well and actually parent them.

  as a gen z who has some type of contact with gen alpha kids IM SCARED, i was &quot;talking&quot; with a 8 year old girl, she was telling me about her new online boyfriend, her 5 step skin care routine and abt reading that one as she said &quot;cool&quot; story abt a violent relationship and, among others, rape IM TERRIFIED

  people forgot the purpose of education: preparing your child to the real world. If you won&apos;t imitate realistic consequences to your child&apos;s actions in a controlled environment such as your house, in which you&apos;ll raise them, you probably won&apos;t get good results
