"Scary" is such a subjective thing, so I'm betting opinions will be all over the place for this one. Let's see if I can guess in advance where my picks differed most from the crowd:
Overrated - Bad Dream House
Underrated - Homer^3
Biggest Snub - Married to the Blob
Scariest Animal - 🐬

When I was a kid, I thought that what Homer^3 was implying was there was a real life 3D animated Homer running around in our real world.

As a kid, I didn't really understand that the treehouse episodes weren't "canon" (as if the simpsons even has a canon anyway). So I really thought Hugo was just hidden in the attic all the time LOL

The "fog that turns you inside out" closer on that one Treehouse episode scared me so badly as a kid that I would occasionally just remember it existed and burst into tears.

Nightmare Cafeteria got me worried that a certain fog will turn you inside out, especially if you have cheap weather stripping.

I think Disney keeps making new Tron movies just so "Did anyone see Tron?" "No." continues to be relevant.

One of the most unnerving parts of the Pookadook is that we've never had Maggie as the protagonist of a Treehouse segment before. At most, she's usually just the subject of one—like when she was an alien or demon—so having her actually be directly threatened by a possessed Marge of all people? It's like a twisted version of those two Maggie theatrical shorts and I really enjoy how tense it is. (Man, Treehouse of Horror 33 was so damn good in general. The single best Halloween special from the show in over 20 years.)

The scariest part of Time and Punishment is when Marge says “It’s bliiiiiiiiisssssss” like a legitimate zombie

The fact all three segments of Treehouse of Horror V made it on this list; and two are in the top 5; just shows how it is one of the best Treehouse of Horrors.
