Tried most of your tips today, especially underpainting, no water, but misting setting spray on dry sponge and on mist on layers of application of makeup. (Not putting any or much darkness on my crease (age sets your eyes back enough!) also helps, my own realization.) . My makeup was lovely, fantastic , glowy, what a difference!. I'm 71 and, yes, my skin and face have changed, but I still want glamour and dazzle and beauty and I thank you enormously

Just wanted to come back and say thank you after trying some of these tips. Especially spraying the beauty blender with Charlotte Tilbury setting spray instead of using water for under eye concealer AND underpainting. Omg - game changer!! I couldn’t stop looking at my face. 😊

I rehydrate my mascara by adding a few drops of contact lens solution. I get several more months of use by doing that.

My makeup has been SHITTy looking for the last couple of months. Like really dull. Tried my Charlotte tilbury and mixed with a Drop of liquid bronzer before applying makeup, powered my face, tried underpainting for the first time and let me tell you I don’t want to take my makeup off. Amazing!!! Thanks for getting me back on track.

Make up artist here for years......you don't add a liquid bronzer like that with textured skin. It will just accentuate it. You have to prep the skin with a blurring primer and push it into the pores and imperfections. Dnt add anything else until completely dry, then add a small amount of concealer only to the areas that have deeper color.....light brings out/dark brings in. Then add foundation and setting powder. One that takes shine away but doesn't change color. If it looks slightly dry when finished, spray with a setting spray that has a moisturizing finish, NOT luminous finish

Can you do a series showing your skills on people with texture/redness/wrinles? I find it so difficult to cover texture and redness without it looking heavy. It defeats the purpose for me
