  While I needed to be induced, my husband ran home to get our gaming console so I could watch the wrestling pay-per-view that I was missing, then my favorite veterinary show (got to see a lot of baby calves being born while I waited for my baby)

  One of the things I am most thankful to my husband for was he managed all my family’s group chats and phone call updates during my labor day and for a couple days postpartum while I learned to pump and cope with my baby going to the NICU.

  Ugh. The TIME. I was at 1-2cm dilated and 50% effaced at the beginning of my induction, but it took 3 days of Cervidil and being sent home, then two days of labour to meet my baby. 5 days total for an induction is no joke.

  Thank you so much for these videos! I was induced last year and it took almost 48 hours. I’m pregnant now with baby #2 and hoping I won’t have to be induced, but if so, I’ll make sure to watch this again!

  I'm getting induced at 37 weeks with twins,Both are heads down im currently 4cm dilated.Im praying to have a vaginal delivery and avoid c-section.I do not want an epidural because I want to be MOBILE,MOVING, SQUATTING etc

  lol I wish this came out last week. I was just induced 10/27 had baby on 10/29. But overall it was a great experience my RNs were the best

  My third labour was induced via amniotomy at 9 am. I needed to be induced because I’d been leaking amniotic fluid for a couple of days. Contractions started at noon. About 3 hours later, my daughter was born. So, luckily, active labour was similar to my previous 2 births, with one major exception: the baby was cephalic posterior this time around, so a lot more pain and effort went into pushing her out. <br>I think it’s important for inexperienced moms to be told that the baby will most likely not be in the optimal, cephalic anterior position if they’re being induced before their due date. And that they should prepare for the xylophone-like spine and nerve tapping that happens in back-to-back labour as the baby comes down, as well as the much bigger head circumference of a cephalic posterior baby. I can’t even imagine what a breech birth would be like.

  I’m being induced next Tuesday 😅😅 but this is my 3rd one
