As long as you price accordingly, you can do bulk pickups, you just proved that this episode. I also lovee that you go the extra mile, and clear the area with the blower, and picking up the small pieces of trash, it shows that you care. I enjoy watching you work, and I enjoy watching the PacMack destroy the bulk items, and pack them in good. 🚚

Tip- keep a center punch in the truck. Any time you're dealing with awkward sizes of glass (mirrors, windows, furniture shelves) you can use the punch to break the glass in the hopper and control it better than it "exploding" outwards and making a mess. Plus its just fun to break glass with a punch. :)

That person in the blue Bronco... they may be working security or a "lookey-loo," but they were definitely distracting.

In any event, you got that little area looking 100% better, so the dedication to detail is appreciated!

That's why it's good to offer the service. As long as they are willing to pay your price, serve them.

I think establishing yourself with some good commercial customers is good. This apartment complex definitely feels it is worth their time to use you because you do it right and you bring the appropriate equipment to get it done efficiently.
