  Honestly I couldn&apos;t imagine Frank Welker doing the voice for Beast Wars Megatron. I feel like David Kaye gave BW Megs a more charming yet sinister voice and it really fits the character.

  I just thought of something: the &quot;yesss...&quot; was actually quite fitting, given that Megatron had a reptilian beast mode.

  David Kaye gave Megatron a depth of character that wasn&apos;t shown in G1. I&apos;m not saying that Frank Welker didn&apos;t do a great job, because he did with Megatron. I am simply saying David Kaye brought a different perspective to the character.
