How was this dude even free walking the streets in the first place after already being convicted of first degree murder, and then assault with a firearm in 2 separate cases a decade apart from each other is just insane. We got people doing 30 years for selling weed and Mr Murder over here is free in society walking amongst normal people looking for more people to try and assault or kill over petty bullshit.
