I have this exact car. It’s incredible. Perfect power on road and fantastic feedback and engagement. Keep your bragging rights for drag races and HP. You are NOT having more fun than I am.

I you can't afford a 911, there is always the cheap option - a used 981. Epic sound, real instruments and actual buttons. And they still can be found under warranty... Love mine.

Nowadays the driving experience is more rewarding on public roads, during road trips, than competing against figures. So yes, I’m all for this 992.2 Carrera T and it’s 6 speed manual box. And if you can afford a 911 (whichever version) the driving experience is quite unique, whether with a stick shift or PDK 👌

I’m actually happy for Porsche making this manual 911. It’s very refreshing to see this in 2025 from car manufacturers that cater to true driving enthusiasts. Has plenty of power to push you and yet plenty of happy feeling that manual transmission gives you.

No one needs more power than this in a road car.

On a holiday in Las Vegas I drove a Porsche 911 Turbo S as part of a track experience. I was running with Lambos and Ferraris and the instructor asked me why I chose the Porsche. I said because it is my ultimate dream car and I hope to one day own one 😀 Sadly that ownership thrill has never arrived and never will but I have my memories 😀 if you can, you must drive one at least once in your life 😀

As a kid in the 1980's I saw a 911 in a train station car park. It was a 1983 930 Turbo in silver and I had to check the badge to see what I was looking at. Loved them ever since, but I remember when they were aspirational cars, unlike their competitors. They were never cheap, but they were obtainable by a dedicated enthusiast. $300k + on roads is insane. Still love 'em though!.

I own a 2019 Carrera t and a 2023 GT3 touring. The plan had been to sell the Carrera t and keep the GT3 touring. However, I love the Carrera t so much that I have decided to keep them both. The Carrera t is just so good for everyday driving around that I can't part with it. The GT3 is a very different experience and would not be my choice as a daily driver around town but on freeways and country roads they are both EXCELLENT! In the Carrera t, I never feel like I need more power. It is just such a great all rounder.

If I had the money I’d buy a higher spec model but I’ve never seen you smile so much. <br>Looks like fun.
