  Wow, bitter sweet to see this climb to end after watching for the entire year long run. A highlight video of your favorite games would be cool to see.

  I would love to see you do that again starting from the bottom. There is so much for those of us at the lower ratings to learn. I have yet to find anyone that can explain the thought process behind each move so perfectly as you, and when you play at the lower levels it&apos;s nice to see some of the tactics that I face in day-to-day chess that I fall for that we don&apos;t see when you play people at your levels.

  Rating climbs are still by far my favorite content. The cool part is that everyone eventually gets to see you play against their own rating. Wouldn’t hate it if you started a brand new one!

  Hi Nelson, great games and commentary as always. Just wanted to say that the “bad” opening your opponent played in game 3 is actually a real opening. It’s called the Norwegian defense, and it’s objectively around +1.00 for White, but it’s tricky to refute and you have to know the actual theory. <br><br>I know because I’ve fallen for the exact same trap as you where I lost the g4 pawn after Black forces a queen trade with d6. <br><br>I had to spend quite a while looking at lines and watched a video about it after someone played it against me at around 1800.
