  Switch 2 already holds a special place in my heart due to my 5 year old being old enough to (occasionally) play MKW and seeing him experience gaming for the first time

  one pretty underappreciated aspect of the switch 2 hardware imo is the speakers. Sound travels extremely well, they are well suited for tabletop 2 player play, and the virtual surround sound feature they got is amazing. As someone who doesn&apos;t have a 5.1 setup, nor is willing to get one, i find the speakers really handy for both online and horror games, so i play those in portable mode often.<br><br>Another one is just how quiet the console is in general. Not an audible peep from the fans even when i&apos;m playing cyberpunk in docked mode. You can only hear the whirring if you put your ear right against the console. <br>The fan noise and heat is a big part of why i abandoned PC gaming. Summers are only getting hotter and hotter...

  Resident Evil Village played totally fine for me &nbsp;and looked great. Calling it unplayable is nuts.

  Gamechat actually rocks. Whatever they are doing to filter out voices from environmental noise or even catch your voice is stupidly impressive. I sit about 10 feet away from my TV in my living room. My Switch is docked right next to my TV speakers. I&apos;m not wearing a headset or a mic or anything. Somehow that internal mic on the Switch 10 feet away in the doc is picking up my voice crystal clear, and none of the TV noise or audio, even during loud games. Hell, once while my wife was vacuuming in the SAME room, right next to me, it didn&apos;t pick up the vacuum, just my voice. <br><br>Meanwhile the voices of people I am playing with is coming in loud and clear, audible over any game audio and sounds good, despite them also not wearing a headset and mic and relying on the switch&apos;s internal mic. It feels like black magic and is the most impressive part of the systems tech to me. It also feels liberating in a very unique way to be freed entirely from having to have a headset and mic on to properly chat while gaming. This is the Switch 2&apos;s most unsung feature and it isn&apos;t praised enough.
